What We Collect

Your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history when you shop with us. For trade accounts, also your company and trade licence details. We never store full card numbers — payments go through PCI-DSS certified gateways.

How We Use It

To process and deliver your orders, manage your account, handle support and warranty requests, issue tax invoices, and — only with your consent — send occasional offers. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who We Share It With

Only the partners needed to serve you: couriers (for delivery), payment processors (for transactions), and manufacturer service centres (for warranty claims). All are bound by data protection agreements — none can use your data for their own purposes.

How Long We Keep It

Order and tax records are kept for as long as UAE law requires (typically 5–7 years). Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out. Everything else is deleted or anonymised once it’s no longer needed.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed (never stored as plain text), and access is limited to staff who need it. We run regular security audits and support two-factor authentication on your account.
