Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in AED and include 5% VAT. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email — that’s when the contract is formed. We may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Payment
We accept cards, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and Tabby instalments. Approved trade accounts get NET 30/60 terms; overdue invoices accrue 1.5% monthly interest. We never store your card details.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 2–4 business days, free over AED 200. Express and same-day options are available in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment clears. You’re responsible for giving us a correct delivery address.
Returns & Warranty
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund. Most products carry a 1–3 year manufacturer warranty (details vary by brand); consumables like blades and discs aren’t covered.
Trade Accounts
Registered UAE businesses can apply for a trade account for bulk pricing and credit terms. Approval, credit limits, and minimum order values are set at our discretion. Email trade@faqihienterprises.com to apply.
Fair Use
Don’t use this site for fraud, scraping our data, impersonation, or reselling in breach of a manufacturer’s dealer policy. All content and branding on this site belongs to Faqihi Enterprises LLC or its licensors.
Liability
We’re not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or business downtime. Our total liability on any order is capped at what you paid for it. This doesn’t affect your statutory consumer rights under UAE law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE federal law and the laws of Dubai. Disputes go to good-faith negotiation first, then the Courts of Dubai if unresolved. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use means you accept the changes.
